• Contact details you give us: name, phone, email and mailing address.
• What you choose in our checkout and forms: your plan, any welcome offer you claim, and the goals and timeline you pick in our plan quiz.
• For clients: your ID, proof of address and credit reports, uploaded through a secure link we send you. We never ask for your Social Security number or ID by text message.
• Basic site data such as the page you came from and campaign links (for example, utm tags).

• To respond to you, send the forms you request, and provide credit repair services you sign up for.
• To send account and appointment messages by text and email, if you agreed to receive them.
• To improve our website and service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We share information only as needed to provide our service: with the credit bureaus and creditors we contact on your behalf, and with service providers that run our systems (such as our CRM, e-signature and secure upload tools) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

If you sign up for IdentityIQ for your monthly credit report updates, IdentityIQ runs that account and its billing under its own terms and privacy policy.

Sensitive documents go through secure upload links and access-controlled systems. No method is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it to serve you.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, at any time by contacting us. We may keep records we’re required to keep by law.
